• We currently ship to most locations across India.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-Day Return Policy for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged by improper use or handling.

• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

• Personalized or customized products (if applicable).

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
